Q. How far is each walk?
A. The distances of each walk can be found by clicking on each location on the route map
Q. How fit do I need to be?
A. There is no set time in which the walks need to be completed so you can take your time to complete the route. However, we do advise that you consult your doctor prior to undertaking any exercise programme.
Q. How will I know where to walk?
A. The routes are fully signed, and marshals are present at various points along the route to ensure that you go the right way. Route guides are also sent out prior to the event.
Q. Can I bring my dog?
A. Dogs are permitted on some of the walks but must be kept on a lead at all times. Call us on 020 7685 5133 for further information about the indivdual walks.
Q. Can I bring my family?
A. Everyone wishing to walk must register to take part, enter now. However, please do bring your family along to cheer you on. Please note that entrance to some parks may require a fee for non-walkers, please call us on 020 7685 5133 for more information.
